Overview

Sliding mosquito nets are used in sliding joinery and in spaces with large dimensions. It is a long-lasting and durable product due to its structure. At the same time, the wing can be easily removed and cleaned. Our sliding insect screen model has been preferred in the sector due to its visual design elegance, ergonomic working principle and being economical due to being produced from a single profile (For the frame and wing). In the design made by our R&D team, it can be created from the same profile in the outward opening system, and when an extra profile is added, multi-wing application can be achieved for large dimensions such as folding glass balconies and areas with overhang. Thanks to this patented system, it is possible to use products with the same appearance, which are produced from the same profile but have different working styles, in a place with systems such as joinery with different working principles and glass balconies.       

For this reason, with the addition of a 2nd profile for glass balconies, production stock control has been facilitated and production waste has been reduced to zero. Sliding mosquito net products in the sector consist of at least 2 profiles. Therefore, in order not to waste in production, case profiles are extruded as 6.5 mt or 7 mt. However, this does not offer a definitive solution. Because the sizes of electrostatic painting facilities and ovens are not suitable for these dimensions in most businesses. For this reason, the company’s alternatives in dyeing and coating of the products are decreasing and deadlines for product deliveries are getting longer. The profile we have designed has not only turned all the disadvantages we have mentioned above in its favor, but when it is used as a frame, it is used as a wheel walkway, when used as a wing, it becomes a handle. It has played a major role in reducing the cost of the product by acting as D-Handle, etc. in the accessory group. The wick channels on the profile are placed at such points that when it becomes both a sliding mosquito net and an outward opening product, it allows the system to work comfortably, ergonomically and to create a firewall. By using aluminum or wire steel mesh on the wing instead of fiberglass mesh, the effect of pets on the products has been taken into account and its strength in this regard has been ensured.
